Data Collection
Utinix collects data voluntarily provided through the comment form, such as name, email, and the comment itself. This information is stored solely for public display and identification in the comments section.
With your consent, we may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for audience measurement and Google Ads for campaign measurement. These providers may process online identifiers, device information, IP address, approximate location, visited pages, and interactions under their own policies.
Draws and integrity receipts
Number and name draws are processed on the server. An integrity record allows the result’s consistency to be checked later; it is not an official audit or legal guarantee.
For numbers, we store the result, range, quantity, date, method, nonce, code, and hash. For names, only drawn names, quantity, total count, date, method, nonce, code, and hash are stored. The full list, non-drawn names, and IP or user-agent hashes are not stored for the receipt.
Records and their public URLs are kept for 30 days and automatically deleted. Anyone with the URL can view the result while it is valid; avoid sensitive names.
Cookie Usage
Essential cookies support basic functions and record your decision. Analytics and marketing cookies are disabled by default and load only with consent for the corresponding category. Acceptance, refusal, or custom settings are stored for 180 days. You can revoke or change your choice at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer; on revocation, we attempt to delete known optional cookies.
